	Description:		Welcome to the fourth season of Budgets and Cents, a podcast co-hosted by Cait Flanders (formerly Blonde on a Budget) and Carrie Smith (Careful Cents). The warm weather is in full swing here in North America and we're excited to spend this summer with you! To kick things off, we wanted to share a few personal updates, and talk about how we've embraced some of the recent changes we've experienced in our lives. From sad news (Cait and her family recently lost both of their dogs) to positive news (Carrie's new personal health routine has had great results), we've been through a lot in the past two months. We've also both made some big changes in our careers, shifting away from freelance and putting more energy into our own businesses. You'll have to listen to hear where things are going from here.
