In the 16th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Keir-Wenham Flatt. Keir is the Strength & Conditioning coach for Union Argentina de Rugby, which recently took 4th place in the Rugby World Cup. After a great episode with Aiden Oakley, I decided to go back to rugby for this episode by interviewing a really well-known rugby S&C coach in Keir, who is the founder of the Rugby Strength Coach website.
