In the 18th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Justin Parent. Justin is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Northeastern University. He works with track & field, swimming & diving, and volleyball. I want to thank Dan Hechler for introducing me to Justin. Dan is a young, bright strength & conditioning coach that currently works part-time at Northeastern University. In this episode, Justin discusses Northeastern's sports performance model and how they have been able to successful integrate PRI within their model to reduce injury rates, improve dysfunction, and ultimately enhance performance for their 450 D-1 student-athletes.
