In the 19th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Fred Eaves. Fred is the Director of Wellness at Battle Ground Academy (BGA) in Franklin, Tennessee. I am absolutely honored to have him on the podcast since he was selected as the 2015 National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) High School Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year. In many ways, he has impacted the lives of many adolescents throughout his career.
