In the 27th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Dan John. Dan is an elite-level strength and weightlifting coach, who is well-respected in the strength & conditioning community. He is a former All-American discus thrower, holds the American record in the weight Pentathlon, and has competed at a fairly high level in Olympic Weightlifting & the Highland Games.
