In the 36th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Ranell Hobson. Ranell is the Director of Programs and Training at the Academy of Sport Speed and Agility in Australia. Ranell has over 20 years of experience teaching sport speed and agility. She has presented workshops and courses all over the world, including at several English Premier League clubs, such as Arsenal, Wigan Athletic, Leicester City, and Crystal Palace. This year she is giving her first 1 Day Speed & Agility Course in the United States on June 29th at the University of South Carolina - Beaufort.
