In the 40th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Mike Robertson. Mike is the Co-Owner & Physical Preparation Coach at Indianapolis Fitness & Sports Training (IFAST).

Mike Robertson is one of the guys that I truly respect in the industry. He is the co-owner of one of the premiere sports performance facilities in the United States in IFAST. There he trains a broad clientele ranging from fat loss clients to professional athletes.

In this episode, Mike talks about the importance of restoring optimal posture + position, designing an off-season program, and how to obtain a mentor.
