Description:

In the 42nd episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Adam Ringler. Adam is the Associate Coordinator of High Performance Training at Wichita State University.

Adam joined Wichita State University in 2010 after his time working as a Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant at Michigan State University. Throughout Adam's time, the athletic program at Wichita evolved and in 2013 they started their High Performance Program spearheaded by him. It is a program that seeks to integrate sports science, sports medicine, and strength & conditioning to enhance the physical and mental performance of the student-athletes.

In this episode, Adam talks about creating a high performance culture & program, how to do so on a budget, and the ethical implications of data collection & data flow.
