In the 46th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Ryan Horn. Ryan is the Director of Athletic Performance for Men's Basketball at Wake Forest University.

Ryan was recommended to me by Adam Ringler, who was previously on the podcast and is the High Performance Coordinator at Wichita State University.

In this episode, Ryan talks about the evolution of the high performance program at Wake Forest University, how they create a comprehensive athlete profile, and their use of the Sparta Science force plate to monitor an athlete's ability to return to play.
