In the 59th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Gary Schofield. Coach Schofield is the Director of Sports Performance Training at Greater Atlanta Christian School.

In 2012, Coach Schofield won the NSCA High School Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year for his work at Greater Atlanta Christian School. His mission statement is to teach the core values of discipline, work ethic, commitment, and integrity while empowering student athletes to maximally develop skills that will directly translate to human performance and a lifetime of wellness. 

In this episode, Coach Schofield talks about monitoring athletes at the high school level to prescribe exercise dosage, 3 stage simple movement screening system, and speed & agility progressions for the HS athlete.
