In the 63rd episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Donnell Boucher. Donnell is the Assistant Athletic Director/Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

During the last 9 years, Donnell has served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at The Citadel overseeing 14 varsity sports and working directly with the football and baseball program at the school. 

Under his direction, several Citadel athletes have been drafted into the professional ranks, most notably football players Andre Roberts and Cortez Allen, as well as the highest draft pick in the history of the school, baseball’s Asher Wojciechowski.

In this episode, Donnell talks about energy system development, the tier system, and speed + agility development for American Football.
