In the 66th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Cameron Josse. Cameron is the Director of Sports Performance - DeFranco's Gym at the Onnit Academy. Cameron has worked with a wide variety of athletes, from youth all the way up to professional. He has used his experience as a former high school and collegiate athlete to enable him to connect with the athletes that he deals with on a daily basis. Coupling all of the core principles of DeFranco’s Gym in addition to the unconventional training methods found at Onnit, Cameron aims to create fully optimized athletes that dominate on the field of play. In this episode, Cameron talks about DeFranco's training methodology & principles, training mobility as a bio-motor ability utilizing Functional Range Conditioning, performance profiling, and integrating 1080 Quantum in his athlete's programming.
