In the 68th episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Shawn Myszka. Shawn is a Personal Performance Adviser & Movement Coach for NFL players & NFL teams. He currently works with over a dozen NFL players each year and helps guide their performance as players to the limits of their potential. Through his frequent presentations at sport conferences nationwide, Shawn has become a sought-after clinician and leader in the field of sport-specific power development, the transfer of training to sport performance, and the development of mastery in the movement of athletes at all levels of qualification.
