Prior to joining the Philadelphia Union 1st team, Matt worked closely with Bill Knowles of HP Sports, implementing reconditioning and performance programs for professional and world-class athletes while simultaneously working at the YSC Academy and all six of the Philadelphia Union Academy teams.
