Like so many schools, West Virginia University has seen an uptick in questions and comments around the topics of safety and wellness on campus. To try to alleviate fears and build trust, WVU created a comprehensive website, developed a year-long communications plan, and established new social media accounts. In this session, you’ll learn why it’s more important than ever not to shy away from these topics and how to recreate this effort on your campus.
