We live in a world where people increasingly work on their own time and make their own schedules. Everyone knows that timing is everything. But we don't know much about timing itself. Our lives are a never-ending stream of "when" decisions: when to start a business, schedule a class, get serious about a person. Yet we make those decisions based on intuition and guesswork. Daniel Pink shows us how timing is really a science.

In this conversation, Daniel Pink teaches us how we can learn to hack our chronobiology. How does timing affect our ability to excercise? What difference does it make when we scheudle a meeting or take a singing class? Is there a time of day that is better for cognitive heavy work vs. inspirational meditations? How can synching with a group better our mood and increase our levels of harmony?
