The teachers will get a 5 percent raise, which they had asked for. We speak with a teacher in Bradshaw, West Virginia. Also we look at the book behind the new Disney film "A Wrinkle in Time," Madeleine L'Engle's much-loved 1962 novel, with librarian and culture writer Margaret H. Willison. And, a charity named in honor of Philando Castile says it has paid off the school lunch debt for hundreds of kids in Minnesota. Castile was killed by a police officer during a traffic stop in 2016.
