Artificial intelligence (AI) and automation are transforming careers and workplaces, according to Yazad Dalal, Managing Director at Accenture, on a recent episode of the HR Leaders Podcast.
Yazad believes the doom and gloom predictions about AI stealing jobs are overblown.
