Dr Sarah Lantz is the co-founder and Director of Buchi Kombucha and they have a kombucha brewery in Wacol, Brisbane.
Sarah is an international nutrition presenter, writer and author. She is a researching queen on all things gut health and a regular columnist for many health and wellness magazines. She runs workshops across Australia on issues such as toxicity, gut health and fermentation.
