	Description:		SebasÂtÂian Aguilar is the Farm ProÂgram DirecÂtor and Course InstrucÂtor at the Greenbank Farm Training Center. He and his wife have three chilÂdren and have been manÂagÂing organic vegÂetable farms for the past 14 years in New MexÂico, WisÂconÂsin, and WashÂingÂton State. Sebastian’s pasÂsions for top-quality proÂduce, healthy soils, bioÂdyÂnamÂics and social outÂreach guide his farmÂing pracÂtices. SebasÂtÂian has hosted apprenÂtices on his farms since 1999 and always proÂvided them a weekly class explorÂing the conÂcepts behind the pracÂtiÂcal work.
