Both Ryan and Matt are PGA professionals and teach and coach in North Carolina. In 2009 they created a revolutionary junior golf coaching program. Operation 36 is a culmination of trial and error with golfers age 3-13, and its main goal is to get juniors to shoot 36 or better for nine holes.
