How to deal with set backs
You need to know that your goals do not happen or a reason, just like people say to me, I’ll wait until XYZ calms down until I start something, you cannot do a 6 week or 12 month body and lifestyle goal program and expect it to happen in a vacuum. If you hear yourself say:
“When things calm down ….
“Next week when it is easier/
“Next month or next year…
We believe that it is the lack of obstacles that make us succesful.
When it is accepting and then dealing with the set backs that is the key.
