My morning routine has involved over the past 3 years.
As I took my business online, as the world closed, as lockdowns and quarantines meant we were only at home.
And when I realise the most important thing of all.
I get to choose my morning routine.
I have the power to be intentional with my day.
Before I get into the doing- I want to establish a strong sense of 'being'.
And I can tell you this.
I have cured my anxiety, set goals, have more energy, feel more grounded.
I feel energised, kicked depression and I honestly believe it is as an effect of my morning routine.
