So over the past few months, I have definately noticed that I experienced more hormone specific issues. And being the health and wellness geek I am, I went to work and put my research geek on and wanted to focus on what I could do, tweek, change, add or remove to help relieve these symptoms.
Looking at the cause as well as the effects and symptoms to feel better and my superhero self again.
