Not waiting until the New Year (LIVE Class)
Every January the gym exceeds capacity, spinach and kale bags are purchased in record number and anything (books, planners, videos, journals) relating to "goals" are consumed at high volumes, and for what?
By March, gyms are deserted, all the spinach and kale is rotting in the back of the fridge and you have yet another journal, notebook or pile of planners left untouched or never used, alongside those other piles in your life of laundry, clutter or papers you still haven’t organised.
You know why?
Well because January sucks.
And we believe resolutions are the only way to make new habits or achieve our goals and well we’ve always done it this way.
Well how is that working out for you?

It doesn't require an hour long workout, eating only green things or setting goals that are lofty and unimportant in the grand scheme of things.
What is required is for you to:

(2) to believe that you are worth the effort it takes to be consistent with what is important and valuable to you.
