ALERT: Train on Fire at Hamilton Train Station

HAMILTON, NJ — An Amtrak work train on the rails at the Hamilton Train Station was on fire Monday afternoon. Fire crews are on the scene.
According to NJTransit on Twitter, Northeast Corridor rail service is suspended between the Trenton and Jersey Avenue stations.
No word yet as to the cause of the fire or potential injuries.

Baroni to be Released from Prison Pending US Supreme Court Appeal

RICHMOND, VA — Hamilton resident and former State Senator Bill Baroni will leave prison pending bail following an opinion delivered on Monday by United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit Judge Susan Wigenton.
The decision comes just days after the United State Supreme Court announced that it will hear the appeal of Baroni and his former Port Authority of New York and New Jersey colleague Bridget Kelly. The pair were both convicted in 2016 on charges of fraud and conspiracy … Read More

Lifetree Community Church Sharon Paint Project "Freshening Up" Elementary School

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ — Local residents and members of the Lifetree Community Church partnered this week with Sharon Elementary School to freshen up the corridors and classrooms with a fresh coat of paint. The church designed the Sharon School Paint Project as a means to "have a part of improving our community."

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ — Robbinsville officials, pending an ongoing traffic study, are seeking to cut off access to residential roads by tractor trailer truck drivers.
