Our guest for today’s episode is my new friend, Cheryl Scruggs. Cheryl is a podcaster, author, Biblical counselor, and speaker. I was recently a guest on Cheryl’s podcast and loved her heart and her story so much that I knew I needed to have her on Girls Night!
Today, we’re talking about finding God in the wilderness. It can be super discouraging when life isn’t going the way we had planned or something really painful happens. We feel broken, alone, and hardest of all, God can feel so far away. In this episode, Cheryl touches on three distinct seasons in her life when things did not go the way she had planned and how God showed up in the midst of those really hard times.
