We ALL stereotype, but can you let go of it when you see who people really are. John’s Tip: Be “smart” about your appearance for a job interview. You don’t want to be stereotyped negatively. Find the commonality and then break the stereotype. You can reinvent yourself whenever you want. Stop thinking you HAVE to be a certain way.
