But the story of the tournament was the run of Canadian teenagers Denis Shapovalov and Felix-Augier Aliassime to the men's semi finals, a week after Bianca Andreescu won the Indian Wells title. Matt catches up with Tennis NZ Performance coach Christophe Lambert who coached Andreescu when he worked at Tennis Canada. Lambert talks about the reason for their unprecedented success and how Tennis New Zealand can learn from it to hopefully produce similar success stories in the future.
