Gallup's Called to Coach is a live Webcast that targets current and prospective coaches to interact with Gallup experts and independent strengths coaches who have found success in strengths-based development. On a recent EP10 Quarterly Update, we spoke with Gallup Senior Global Talent Channel Leader of Entreprenuership and Job Creation, Todd Johnson and Dr. Sangeeta Badal, Gallup Principal Scientist -- Entrepreneurship and Job Creation. Todd shared that the highly- anticipated Coaches' Insight Report is available. Only Ep10 trained coaches will have access to this powerful and impactful data. The cost of the report is $50.00, however, if you have already taken the EP10 assessment, upgrading to this report is only $38.00. That is, if you have already taken EP10, you don't have to retake it. Instead, your data will be imported into this report. In order to pull over your data into this report, Gallup will need your name and the code you used for the EP10 assessment. This report is not a selection tool. Rather, it provides information and scores on a person's overall entrepreneurial role and activity -- not their entrepreneurship. The rreport is about understanding, coaching and harnessing entrepreneurial talent and energy. This assessment will help build the right entrepreneurial team and its application is much broader than the start-up community.
