If you experience lots of transitions such as drama in your life then you have to see your part in it in order to make it better. Improving the outcome also involves facing your fears. John believes fear of failure is a huge obstacle to beginning a journey to improvement. We often know exactly what needs attention but avoid it because its too much to accept that we cant control the outcome of something important to us. Something to remember is that much of what we fear doesn't actually happen. Being courageous is often times a matter of silencing the inner critic.
