This is the Daily FRO for March 8th 2018.

Today I talk about how it seems like after work I don't have a lot going on and now I need more activities.  If I have nothing to take up my time I feel like i'm wasting away.  I know I can't be alone in this one but I know the key is for me to keep busy and keep moving.
