Dr. Thompson serves as President and CEO of Lakeland Regional Health, bringing world-class care to Lakeland and the surrounding communities. Since accepting the position, Thompson has played a role in drastically improving the health care and wellness in Florida. Due to her dedication, Lakeland Regional has received numerous “Best Place to Work” Awards, including recognition from Gallup, Becker’s, Forbes and the Florida Hospital Association.
