Description:

The setting, the 1860’s in the mountains of West Virginia.  A crew works on a tunnel through Big Bend Mountain when their jobs are threatened by a brand new steam powered drill.  When all hope seems lost, a man by the name of John Henry offers his body up for a competition, man versus machine.
