I’m pretty sure that, after this podcast, I’m changing my vacation plans, leaving my bags at home, and booking the next flight to Australia.

Jimmy Moore is THAT influential, people.

And the funny thing is, he’s working hard NOT to be an expert or a guru, but rather just the wonderfully relatable, hard working human being he is to serve as an example and help re-shape the health of our nation (and other nations–see: Australia, for one!)

I haven’t known him for long, but I feel like he’s an indelible part of my journey and hopefully, if he isn’t already, an important addition to yours. His journey is unending, as are all of our journeys, and he’s a heck of a sherpa to have if you’re planning on stepping into previously uncharted territory of health and wellbeing.
