“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ― Rumi
“When you have a big enough dream, you don’t need a crisis.” – Paul Chek
HAPPY NEW YEAR! It’s 2014, and we couldn’t be happier to starting off this year with you by our sides.
Today, our guest is Mike Mayle, of Balance Yoga Center in San Jose, CA. Mike is a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a yoga instructor. We discuss how to:
- Unwind and find your authentic self
- Be mindful of how you talk about food and exercise with others
- Effectively set, keep, and measure goals.
We also learn that even yoga teachers can get stressed out (and many DON’T have a healthy diet), and Mike gives us some of my favorite advice about following your dreams EVER spoken on this podcast!
