Description: There's a CO2 shortage and it could affect chicken supplies by the end of this week. Richard Griffiths from the British Poultry Council tells Charlotte Smith what the industry is doing to address the problem. Investigations are continuing into the deaths of 56 cows from a Leicestershire dairy herd. They all died overnight earlier this week - contaminated water is suspected to be the cause. Farmer Tom Rawson recounts what was a horrific night for him and his team. All this week Radio 3 have been broadcasting from forests throughout the UK, and breakfast show host Petroc Trelawny speaks to Charlotte from the New Forest to explain how classical music and forests and inextricably linked. On the final day of Farming Today's week on flowers Rebecca Rooney has been to meet Fred Gillam, a forager who specialises in edible flowers. Producer: Toby Field.
