Richard Betton from The Upper Teesdale Agricultural Support Service tells Anna Hill about some of the difficulties farmers in the area have experienced in applying for and receiving payments. As part of a week looking at eggs, Sarah Falkingham has been to meet the owner of one of the UK's colony caged systems.
