Description: A Lords committee counts the cost of continuing trade delays for agriculture and food, post-Brexit. We hear from Lord Teverson. Scientists at the Institute of Marine Sciences at the University of Portsmouth have begun England’s first native oyster restoration hatchery. They hope to bring back millions of the shellfish in an effort to restore water quality and improve biodiversity in the Solent. Scientists in Scotland are using photographs submitted by members of the public to investigate the movements of bottlenosed dolphins. It’s believed that in recent years pods of Scottish dolphins have been travelling down to the Yorkshire coast. All week we're looking at how a year of Covid lockdowns has disrupted food and farming businesses. Many farms which diversified into tourism, have of course been hit but some managed to adapt, and create even more specialist businesses on the side. For wedding venues, the challenge has been much harder. Presented by Anna Hill and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
