Description: Potato growers welcome new varieties which will help farmers deal with disease and drought. We visit a farm in Norfolk to talk about this year's harvest and future crops. UK famers produce more than a billion chickens a year. All week we're looking at the nation's favourite meat. Research scientist Professor Emily Burton, who set up the poultry unit at Nottingham Trent University a decade ago, gives us an overview of the poultry industry. Virtually all of Northern Ireland's native ash trees will be lost to ash dieback according to a survey from The Woodland Trust. It estimates the disease could claim 90% of the ash species there and ash makes up 60% of trees in hedgerows. Presenter = Caz Graham Producer = Rebecca Rooney
