	Description:		The National Farmers' Union says it wants British farming to set a global benchmark in sustainable food production, by becoming more self-sufficient. We ask whether that's possible, or even a good idea. We hear calls for a peat restoration project which will re-wet peat land to make it soak up carbon, rather than emitting it. There’s a vast array of careers linked to farming which enable the industry to achieve its potential, from scientists to machinery sales.
