Description: Rural tourism businesses in Scotland are preparing to re-open on the 15th of July. They’ve welcomed the announcement from the Scottish Secretary for the Rural Economy and Tourism, Fergus Ewing. Although he has warned that the date may change if public health advice changes. We hear reaction from Caroline Millar, who runs a tourism business on the family farm in Angus. We’ve been talking all things arable this week. The Innovative Farmers Research Group is trialling clover as a living mulch for organic farmers, to enable them to practise 'no till' farming. Robots helping with harvest, next year. That's the aim of a new consortium combining farmers, academics and manufacturers. And the British Standards Institution is now branching out into food with a Kitemark for food assurance. Presented by Charlotte Smith and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
