Description: Lockdown has turned many people into home bakers and flour sales have rocketed, with supermarkets finding it difficult to keep up with demand. However,, most flour is produced for restaurants and catering and sold in large sacks rather than small supermarket bags. With those outlets currently closed, there is actually a flour surplus in the UK. So how can we get hold of it? In Scotland, much of the fishing fleet is tied up since continental markets closed due to the Coronavirus. We hear from some fishermen who are being creative and selling fish and shellfish locally through home deliveries. Some hope this new market could continue post-COVID 19. We get an update from an Audio Diarist who should have been getting married this weekend. And, the Rural Youth Project is launching a series of 'Country Covid-eo' diaries to connect young farmers around the world. We hear from some of the vloggers.
