Description: Charlotte Smith asks what the Werritty report means for the management of grouse moors, with Dee Ward, an Estate owner in the Angus Glens and Duncan Orr Ewing from RSPB Scotland. It's data week on Farming Today and Rachel Lovell has been to North Farm Horton in Dorset to find out how they're using computer imaging of the fields and a sprayer which can be controlled down to the individual nozzle to reduce their reliance on chemical applications and avoid over-spraying. The Kent cobnut is a traditional Christmas treat, as Charlotte found out when she met producer Edward Lade at Shipbourne farmers market and discovers she actually does like fresh Walnuts after all.
