	Description:		In spring 2019 farmers were worried about a drought. Since then, we've seen flooding on several occasions, with hundreds of acres of farmland submerged. Even for farmers who escaped the floodwater, the consistent wet weather has had an impact and many have failed to sow much of their winter crops.
