Description: It's conference season and we've been talking to all the major parties about their farming policies and plans for the countryside. This week the new Environment Minister Rebecca Pow, a farmer's daughter, and MP for the rural constituency of Taunton Deane tells us the Agriculture Bill is still on track. She reveals new plans for animal welfare, and her vision for her new job. Farmers have until the end of the week - that's the fourth of October - to apply for this year's Countryside Stewardship Facilitation scheme. It's there to help groups of farmers come together and share ideas on managing the landscape and encouraging more wildlife on to their farms. Defra has put two and half million pounds into the project. We look at a scheme in South Devon set up by the RSPB. The deadline for Brexit is looming and with four weeks to go, we're looking at what that ticking clock means for farming. Dr Stephen McCabe from the Centre for Brexit Studies at Birmingham City University gives us an overview.
