Description: Radical plans for England's National Parks are likely to remain just plans unless more money is forthcoming according to the chair of National Parks England. Margaret Paren explains to Charlotte she welcomes the ambition behind a long awaited review. Man-made reefs are being tested in Torbay, the idea is that they will help restore depleted marine habitats and encourage new ones to develop. And the livestock mart traditionally in the centre of the town is the place to buy and sell farm animals but also to meet and socialise with other farmers. Over the past decade many marts have closed or relocated - and in the internet age - what is their future? This is something Farming Today will be examining all week, first Charlotte spoke to Chris Dodds from The Livestock Auctioneers Association. Presented by Charlotte Smith Produced by Alun Beach.
