	Description:		For Black and Hispanic communities across the U.S., many of whom already face disproportionately higher rates of chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, COVID-19 has struck an especially painful blow. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are delaying or entirely cancelling appointments to get help for important healthcare needs. Dr. Garth Graham came on the program to talk about educating all Americans about the importance of preventative and critical care during the Covid-19 pandemic. Dispelling the fears that are preventing people from going to the hospital or doctor’s office are important in order to keep people from putting off necessary medical procedures.
