	Description:		With everything that’s going on in the world today, protecting your skin from the sun may not be top of mind, but during the summer it should be. According to a new American Academy of Dermatology survey, 60% of us have gotten sunburned so badly our clothes were uncomfortable and 43% of us couldn’t sleep. Dr. Laurin Council, a board-certified dermatologist and member of the American Academy of Dermatology, came on the program to discuss why we should protect ourselves from the sun and how to do it, from seeking shade to selecting clothing that protects you from the sun.
