Carol McGruder is a nationally recognized Tobacco Control Expert and has been a consultant on a variety of projects in the public health arena.
Mrs. McGruder came on the program to talk about the Tobacco Control Act. She explains why menthol cigarettes were not included in the ban and how the tobacco companies have targeted minorities for decades.
This year, California has an opportunity to take a major step forward to address this public health issue.
